1. Check curtain magnet to ensure it is not missing 

   • Get Phillips head screwdriver

   • Take off front cover - picture on this page

   • Check for magnet, bottom left corner - picture on this page

   • Replace cover

   • If it is missing - jump to step 5

2. Check to see if there is any ice lodged - clear out ice

3. Check that the water line is secured on machine - picture on this page

4. Ensure that water is turned on for machine by following the instructions here

5. If above steps did not resolve issue and:

• It is between 7am and 5pm

In intern time - get ice from lobby drink station if available OR use petty cash and get some bagged ice from closest gas station or store

1. Is the machine turned on? - picture on this page

2. Check that the machine is securely plugged in

3. Get a Phillips screwdriver

4. Take off cover - picture on this page

5. Locate the power switch behind the cover

6. Turn off machine and turn back on again

7. Replace cover

8. If issue persists:

It is between 7am and 5pm
