1. Ensure that the front and rear curtains are in place - pictures on this page

2. Unplug unit for 30 seconds

3. Plug unit back in

4. Check that fans are running. If fans are not running - Final Step

5. If error still displays

   • Is it between 7am and 11am
     Final Step

   • Outside those hours
     Final Step

1. Ensure front and rear curtains are in place and in good condition  - pictures on this page

2. Replace or install curtains as needed

3. If problem persists

1. If product is dispensing:

   • too light -  adjust settings  by pressing the plus (+) button

   • too dark - adjust settings by pressing the minus (-) button

2. After adjusting the settings, attempt to toast again. Repeat step one until product is dispensing at the correct color

3.  If above steps did not resolve issue and:

1. • Is it between 7am and 11am
