Tilt magazine backwards so coins don't fall out
Slide plastic cover up (press down latches on both side towards botton and push up)
Inspect bottom 2 inches of each coin slot to insure all correct coins are in slot and the coins are laying flat
Replace plastic cover
Reseat magazine in coin changer
If coin changer is still beeping
