Check that the machine is turned on
Check that the machine properly plugged in
Check that the water line on the machine is properly connected - picture on this page
Clean the machine
If still not working, clean 2 to 3 more times with tablets (per manufacturer instructions) - DO NOT move to step five unless you have cleaned the machine at least three times
If machine still will not dispense any product call unit manufacturer - see below

Locate yellow manager key to access menu before calling manufacturer, they will ask you to use this.
