Go to the back dishwashing sinks and turn on the faucet and use the spray nozzle

If there is water coming out of dishwashing sink faucet and spray nozzle, follow instructions on this page for 'Check Water Filter and Tank'

If problem persists - Final Step

Go to the back of store and locate the store water operation panel (picture shown on this page)

• This panel looks a bit different for each store

Using label stickers, locate the machine that is leaking

• ex: If your Frozen Carbonated Beverage machine has the leak, locate the sticker 'FCB'

After finding the appropriate sticker, locate the shut off handle/knob next to that sticker

• If the machine has a black handle shut off, pull it out towards you (picture shown on this page)

• If the machine has a black knob shut off, twist down (picture shown on this page)

Go back to machine with leak and clean up water

Check to see if leak is persisting

If leak is still happening, inform you Supervisor of issue and Call Maintenance

Get a flathead screwdriver and go to the leaking bathroom fixture

Insert screwdriver into valve (shown in picture) and twist counter clockwise to turn off water

Clean up water from leak

Use screwdriver and twist clockwise to turn water back on

If water leaks from the bathroom fixture again and:

• Is it between 7am and 5pm:
  Final Step

• Outside those hours
  Final Step

Check drain for observable obstructions

Remove any obstructions

Using proper cleaning brushes, clean out drain to clear any unseen obstructions

If clog persists and:

• Is it between 7am and 5pm:
  Final Step

• Outside those hours
  Final Step

Check that the gauge is showing pressure and not showing in the red zero area

If there is no pressure on water tank gauge, check water booster pump gauge

If there is no pressure on booster gauge - Final Step

If it is between 7am and 5pm:
