1. Locate water line and ensure it is connected properly to steamer - picture on this page

2. If water line is secure and leak continues, follow the 'Machine is Leaking Water' instructions here

3. If issue persists after checking water line - Do not use steamer and

   • It is between 7am and 5pm

   • Outside those hours
     Final Step

1. Locate water line and ensure it is connected properly to steamer - picture on this page

2. Check that the power switch on the left side is flipped to 'on' position

3. Check that the power plug is fully plugged in to outlet

4. If it is still not coming on, find a different outlet and plug in

   • If switching to a different outlet solved the issue

     • Check that there is no tripped breaker in attempt to return power to bad outlet

     • Submit ticket for the outlet that is not working

4. If above steps did NOT resolve issue do not use steamer and:

1. • Is it between 7am and 5pm

   • Outside those hours
     Final Step

1. Locate power switch on left side of steamer

2. Turn off steamer for one minute

3. Turn steamer back on

4. Wait 3 to 5 minutes to allow steamer to heat to proper temperature

5. Check temperature

   • If it is now temping correctly, issue is resolved

   • If steamer still not temping correctly do not use and:

     • It is between 7am and 5pm

1. Check that the power switch on the left side is flipped to 'on' position

2. Check that the power plug is fully plugged in to outlet
