Find battery less than 2 years old:
Look at code on battery
First 2 numbers are year of manufacturing (22 -> 2022)
Next 3 letters are Month (Mar -> March)
Use that battery to see if issue persist with headset:
If issue persist mark headset and notify GM contact
If issue disappears mark battery, take out of rotation
Inform GM (or approved person) to contact
Locate small black box behind monitors
Remove power cable (small round cable)
Wait 15 seconds
Replace power cable
Wait 10 minutes for Timer to reboot
