Try to use biometric again
If issue is resolved

Replace working biometric reader on original register
Go under manager
Click Support
Click Support
Determine Daily Password (reference sheet with QR code)
Enter Daily Password
Click Enter
Click "Reset Manager Password"
Enter in your Time Clock ID
Click Enter
Your password was reset to 0
Use ID and password to access manager functions on register
Leave biometric reader unplugged
Final Step
Have another manager authorize manager menu
Click Support
Click Support
Determine Daily Password (*insert how to get daily password here)
Enter Daily Password
Click Enter
Click "Reset Manager Password"
Enter in your Time Clock ID
Click Enter
Your password was reset to 0
Ensure you are using "narest\(Your EID)"
Make sure caps lock is turned off
If still cannot access
Use store laptop
Go to account.mcd.com
Try to log in with your EID and Password
If you are able to login with your EID and Password
Count the drawers you have
Keep drawer count slips
Deposit cash like normal
Write down total deposit on one of the drawer count slips
Keep waste to enter written down next to drawer count slips
Final Step
If you are unable to log into that website
Click "Forgot Password"
Follow those steps
Call supervisor during normal hours
Ask them to log into account.mcd.com
Followed by reset MFA
BOS 2022 (Purple background) - Only:
Click "X" at top of screen next to "BOS51 onĀ localhost"
This will reveal a green background screen
Locate and double click icon that says "Biometric Enrollment"
When "Enter your credentials" shows up click "Use a different account"
Enter in your Windows login credicials "narest\"Your EID"
Enter in you EID Password
Click OK
Double Click "McDonalds Biometrics"
Proceed with normal enrollment of Manager
After completion
Click the StartĀ Menu
Four Squares at bottom left of screen
Click the Person icon
Click Sign Out
You will be taken back to the Green Background Screen
Double click icon that says "Connect BOS VM"
Use BOS as normal
