Locate ORB controller in office (small Lenovo Think Center or Silver NCR computer)

Wait for controller to shut down
Press power button again
Wait 10 minutes for controller to boot
If issue still persists

Log into the BOS
Double click the Cellphie application (if not already open)
Wait for application to load
Click Utilities
Click Touch Screen Calibration
Checkmark ORB 1
Click OK
Walk upfront to Mini ORB
Wait for arrows to appear on screen
Click the 3 arrows in the corners as they appear
Click OK
If issue still persists:

Check picklist and see if there are any vertical lines
If lines are present

If no lines are present
Use store laptop

Download the below file
Print file
Scan each barcode in order on scanner
Fold each sheet in half to only show one barcode at a time
Will have to move paper back and forth for scanner to pick up
Retry picklist
