1. Verify USB cable is connected to laptop and printer

2. Reboot the laptop

   • Press Start menu

   • Press Power

   • Press Restart

   • Attempt to print your document

3. If still not printing

   • Unplug printer USB cable from laptop

   • Unplug printer USB cable from printer

   • Unplug printer power cable 

   • Plug in the printer USB cable to both printer and laptop

   • Plug in the printer power cable

   • Wait for printer to reboot

   • Attempt to print your document

Still can not print:

1. Make sure charger is connected

2. Make sure charger has power

   • USB C end will have light on end to indicate it has power

     • If no light is present

       • Make sure other end is plugged into outlet

       • Make sure power brick has electric cable pushed all the way in

     • If no light is still present

       • Wait 10 minutes for laptop to gain a charge

     • Still doesn't power on
