1. Verify all drawers are counted

2. Go to drawer count down menu

   • Make sure all drawers are counted (none have "count" next to them)

   • Count any that need counted

   • Bag the deposit is any needed counted

3. Go to the day prior

   • Make sure all drawers are counted (none have "count" next to them)

   • Count any that need counted

   • Bag the deposit is any needed counted

4. Go to the day after

   • Make sure all drawers are counted (none have "count" next to them)

   • Count any that need counted

   • Bag the deposit is any needed counted

5. If any drawers were counted and deposit bagged

   • Retry End Business Day

6. If none were counted or still unable to end business day

   • Final Step

Any other register check to make sure register X is on and on the correct screen
If register is off:
Press power button
Wait for register to boot up
If it does not come on:
Detach Register
Message on C&I will disappear within 15 minutes, ignore if it doesn't

If register is on black "Admin Login" Screen:
Reboot register
Press power button (do not hold)
Wait for register to shut down
Wait an additional 15 seconds
Press power button again
Wait 10 minutes for register to reboot
If black "Admin Login" Screen still persist
Turn register off
Press power button
Wait for register to shut down
Leave register off

1. Sign out of C&I (Top right arrow going through door)

2. Close C&I application ('X' at top right of screen)

3. Reopen C&I application

4. If drawers still not showing:

   • Sign out of C&I (Top right arrow going through door)

   • Close C&I application ('X' at top right of screen)

   • During slow period reboot register that drawer are not populating

     • On register with drawers not populating

     • Manager, Manger Options, Reboot POS

   • Wait 30 minutes

   • Reopen C&I application

5. If drawers are still not showing and it is:

   • Between the hours of 7am - 5PM:

   • Locate the tech rack

   • Look for small golden/silver box that says 'ATEN' - picture on this page

   • If you are unable to locate the KVM switch and:

     • It is between the hours of 7am - 5PM:

       • Count the drawers you have

       • Keep drawer count slips

       • Deposit cash like normal

       • Write down total deposit on one of the drawer count slips

2. On the KVM switch there will be 4 buttons, two should have lights on them

   • If only 1 button has light and: 

     • It is between the hours of 7am - 5PM

1. Locate Icon on Desktop that says 'Connect to BOS VM'

2. Double click "Connect to BOS VM"

3. Maximize the window by clicking the square icon in the top right corner of the window

4. If 'Connect to BOS VM' icon is missing

   • Click Start Menu, four squares at very bottom left

   • Click the power button icon

   • Click Restart

   • Do not touch any button on keyboard till Green Background is back

   • Locate Icon on Desktop that says 'Connect to BOS VM'

   • Double click 'Connect to BOS VM'

   • Maximize the window by clicking the square icon in the top right corner of the window

5. If the 'Connect to BOS VM' icon is STILL missing and:

   • It is between the hours of 7am - 5PM:

   • Outside those hours:

     • Count the drawers you have

     • Keep drawer count slips
