1. Is the display on? - picture on this page

   • If yes proceed step 2

   • If no:

     • Check that the light switch behind evaporator is switched to 'ON' - picture to come

     • If switch is ON, check that breaker is not tripped using these steps here

     •  If display is still not showing - submit ticket

2. Does the display show "DF"?

• If yes

  • Wait on hour for the defrost cycle to complete

  • Check temp on the wall thermostat

  • If unit has not cooled down to appropriate temperature - call maintenance

• If no

  •  Is the fan running?

• If yes

  • Wait an addition 30 mintues to see if tempature drops

  • If still not lower - Final Step

• If no

  • Final Step

*Freezer should be below 30 degrees and  Walk in should be below 40 degrees*
