2. Check that the power plug is fully plugged in to outlet

3. If it is still not coming on, find a completely different outlet and plug in

   • If switching to a different outlet solved the issue

     • Check that there is no tripped breaker using instructions here

     • Submit ticket for the outlet that is not working
