Check that the power button on the front of the machine is on and light is on
Check that the power plug is fully plugged in to outlet
Verify switch on side and back is turned on
If it is still not coming on, find a different outlet and plug in
If switching to a different outlet solved the issue
Check that there is no tripped breaker
Submit ticket for the outlet that is not working
4. If above steps did not resolve issue and:

Secure connected water line
Turn the brewer off for 60 seconds then turn the brewer back on
Wait 1-2 minutes to allow water to fill and try to brew
If machine is now brewing, issue is resolved
If machine still not brewing, continue to next step
Check that the water line is secured on machine - picture on this page
Ensure that water is turned on for machine by following the instructions here
If above steps did not resolve issue and:

Remove basket and verify if blue spray head is installed - picture on this page
If spray head is missing, get replacement spray head. GM will be point of contact for replacement.
