Press and hold the 'Filter' button until display shows *FILTER MENU*
Use the 'info' and 'temp' button as the up down arrows and go down to option 5 or 'Fill Pot From Drain Pan'
Press the number one for yes

If not verify there is no oil in filter pan
If there oil in filter pan, manually pour it into the vat
If there is no oil in filter pan manually fill vat with JIB
Allow to sit for a few minutes

Underneath computer board locate rocker switch
Press rocker switch for 10 seconds and release
You may need to reset several times
If problem persists and:
Problem is only on ONE controller
Turn off vat for affected controller and do not use that one vat
