1. Check 3 phase (big) power cords, are they securely plugged in? 

   • The plugs can be on the floor or back wall behind grill 

   • Ensure the plugs are completely engaged in outlet - picture of plugs on this page

2. Check 50amp Breakers and reset if needed - instructions here

3. If above steps did not resolve issue and:

1. • Is it between 7am and 5pm

     • Only 1 platen down

     • Two or more platens are down

1. Check interlock ( twist lock ) power cord. Ensure it is fully engaged in outlet - picture of plug on this page

2. Is hood running? To confirm if hood is running:

   • Take a paper towel and place on hood. 

   • If paper towel holds in place, hood is on. - picture on this page

   • If paper towel falls, hood is off 

3. If hood is not on check breakers - instructions here

4. If above steps did not resolve issue - Final Step

2. Wait for 30 seconds

3. Turn main power switch back on

4. Try to raise and lower platen

5. If issue persists and:

   • Only 1 platen down

   • Two or more platens are down

2. Wait 1 minute

3. Turn main power switch back on
