1. Check 3 phase (big) power cords, are they securely plugged in? - picture on this page

   • The plugs can be on the floor or back wall behind grill 

   • Ensure the plugs are completely engaged in outlet - picture of plugs on this page

2. Check 50amp Breakers and reset if needed - instructions here

3. If above steps did not resolve issue and:

1. • Is it between 7am and 5pm

   • Outside those hours and:

     • Only 1 platen down

     • Two or more platens are down

1. Shut off main power switch for 30 seconds

2. Retry

   1. Only 1 platen down
