Make sure these are printed and posted next to the ice cream machine

1. Check that the hopper agitator is placed correctly. You should see the silver square come out of the top of the agitator. -  picture on this page

2. The machine is still able to be used and dispense product

Final Step

1. Make sure shake side is in 'Prod' mode - green button will be illuminated

2. Ensure mix is filled to 'max level' line - video here

   • Place cup over agitator

   • Be sure to NOT pour mix directly on cup and avoid splashing out of the hopper

   • remove cup after filling

3. Check that there is mix in the barrel using steps below

   • Put shake side in 'stop' - red button will be illuminated

   • Remove connection tube by pulling it straight back further into the pressure pipe, turn to the right, then pull out of pressure pipe - video here

   • Remove pressure pipe by turning it to the right then *lightly* jiggle it up and out of the hopper - video here

   • Wait until no bubbles are coming up in the hopper - video here

   • Replace pressure pipe then connector tube - video here (starting at 18 seconds)

4. If after checking all the above product is still not dispensing, continue on to next steps

5. Place shake side in 'stop' by pressing red stop button

6. Leave shake side in 'stop' for 15 minutes to allow product to warm up

7. Place cup in cup holder

8. Hit the 'Open' button to test if product will now dispense

   • If product dispenses put shake side in 'Prod' and continue use. Issue is now resolved

   • If product does not dispense and:

     • If it is between 7am and 5pm:
       Final Step

     • Outside those hours:
       Final Step

1. If the machine is making a moderate squealing sound on and off

• Press the 'stop' button on the shake side

• Press the 'stop' button on the sundae side

• Wait 60 seconds

• Press 'prod' on the shake side

• Press 'prod' on the sundae side

2. If squealing sound continues and:

1. • • Is it between 7am and 5pm:
       Final Step

     • Outside those hours
       Final Step

3. If the machine is making an extremely loud sound - Final Step

1. Make sure sundae side is in 'Prod' mode - green button will be illuminated

   • Attempt to draw product

4. If after checking all the above product is still not dispensing, continue on to next steps

5. Place sundae side in 'stop' by pressing red stop button

6. Leave sundae side in 'stop' for 10 minutes to allow product to warm up

7. Grab a small cup and place under spigot

8. Pull down lever to test if product will now dispense

   • If product dispenses put sundae side in 'Prod' and continue use. Issue is now resolved

   • If product does not dispense and:

     • If it is between 7am and 5pm:
       Final Step

     • Outside those hours:
       Final Step

*Video shows filling from empty after cleaning but steps 1 and 2 can be used at any time when filling machine

1. Place cup over agitator

2. Slowly pour mix in

   1. Do not pour directly on cup 

   2. Ensure mix is not splashing out of the hopper over the sides

3. Wait until there are no bubbles coming in to the hopper

4. Take cup off of agitator and dispose

5. Use pressure pipe to stir around mix where bubbles were forming to ensure no further bubbles appear

6. Insert pressure pipe

7. Insert connector tube
