Check that the machine is turned on - picture on this page

Ensure both shake and sundae side is in 'Auto' mode - snowflake button should be illuminated on both sides

Check that the feed hopper tube is secured in place to the mix pump with the pin - picture on this page

Ensure there is the correct amount of mix in the hopper on both sides - see 'Hopper Fill Levels' on this page

Check to see if barrel is full with mix - video here

• Turn the 'Auto' button off for the affected side - snowflake light should be off

• Take pin out of mix pump to remove feed hopper tube - pictures on this page

• Wait until there are no bubbles coming into the hopper

• Replace feed hopper tube and pin

If after checking all the above product is still not dispensing:

• Turn the 'Auto' button off for the affected side - the snowflake light should be off

• Leave it off for 10 minutes 

• Turn the 'Auto' button back on for affected side- the snowflake button should be illuminated

• Try to dispense product

If product still does not dispense and:

• If it is between 7am and 5pm:
