Make sure locking ring (white piece) is positioned at 4 o clock (silver disc magnet) - picture on this page

Make sure all pieces are clean and clear from any orange juice or lemonade build up, this will prevent proper connections

If above steps did not resolve issue and:

Clean box that the concentrate bag is sitting in

Clean the machine according to the weekly cleaning procedures (picture on this page) - You MUST clean the machine before proceeding to 'Final Step'

Make sure the machine is cleaned with no stuck on orange juice or lemonade. 

Make sure locking ring (white piece) is positioned at 4 o clock (picture on this page)

Check that the water line is secured on machine - pictures on this page

Ensure that water is turned on for machine by following the instructions here

Clean machine 

Check that the unit is assembled properly and that all o-rings are properly lubricated. Reference the daily and weekly cleaning procedures (picture on this page)
