Use the following method compared to product outage under special functions
The product outage method under special functions can miss sizes that will allow mobile/delivery orders to have items
Go to a Front Counter Register
Click "Manager"
Click "Remove Menu Item/Ingredients"
At top of screen click white space next to "Search Product"
Type in one word search (i.e. Shake, frappe, Latte) based on machine that is down
Click "Search" on right of screen
Click "Move All" toward middle of screen
Repeat with different keywords
Example: search mocha if Melitta machine is down and already did latte
Click OK at bottom
Verify items are shown as outage on register
