Reseat USB cable plugged into the printer
Follow USB cable that comes out of printer
On the register USB cable is plugs into
Click Manager
Click Manager Options
Click Reboot POS
Register will reboot
Wait 10 minutes for register to boot
If issue still persists
Swap printer with register 1 printer
If printer works

If printer still doesn't work
Between 7am and 7 pm:

In receipt paper box there will be a cleaning pad
Open cleaning pad
Insert cleaning pad where paper comes out of printer, exposing about half inch of cleaning pad
Close printer
Pull cleaning pad out of printer (do not open printer)
Open printer
Repeat pulling cleaning pad out of printer 4 to 5 more times
If issue still persists
Swap printer with register 1 printer
