Unplug the USB cable plugged into the printer and plug back in
Follow USB cable that comes out of printer to the end plugged in to register
On the register that the USB cable is plugged in to:
Click Manager
Click Manager Options
Click Reboot POS
Register will reboot
Wait 10 minutes for register to boot and try again to print receipt
Swap printer with register 1 printer OR a known working printerĀ
If printer works

If printer still doesn't work
Between 7am and 7 pm:

In receipt paper box there will be a cleaning pad
Open cleaning pad
Insert cleaning pad where paper comes out of printer, exposing about half inch of cleaning pad
Close printer
With printer still closed pull cleaning pad out of printerĀ
Open printer to reinsert cleaning pad
Repeat steps of pulling cleaning pad out of printer 4 to 5 more times
If issue still persists
Swap printer with register 1 printer OR known working printer
