Ensure register 14 is turned on and shows ' Waystation Online' across the very top of the register (gray bar)
If register 14 shows 'Waystation Offline' follow the Single register shows "waystation: offline" steps here
Check network cable on POS 14 has orange and green light
If no light, reseat the cable by unplugging and plugging it back in
If still no light, reboot register 14
Click on Manager - scan finger
Click on Manager Options
Click on Reboot POS
Reboot MOXA (picture on this page)
Unplug power from the MOXA hub, wait 30 seconds and plug back in
Check if ABS will automatically dispense after about 3-5 minutes
Power Cycle ABS
Locate the power switch on the ABS unit
Power off the ABS unit
Wait for 30 seconds
Power on the ABS unit
If none of the above steps resolve issue, put machine in manual mode and dispense drinks manually and follow Final Step
MOXA Hub
Remove top cover of conveyor by unscrewing three screws in middle of conveyor - picture on this page
Remove conveyor from abs - picture on this page
Ensure end of conveyor that has metal tab at bottom is at the same side on the same side as the cutout in abs - picture on this page
Adjust conveyor belt so metal tab aligns with cutout - picture on this page
Ensure conveyor is fully seated
Reattach cover of the conveyor
If conveyor still isn't moving
Locate the sensor at front left of ABS - picture on this page
Take napkin and wipe any residue
Take second napkin and apply hand sanitizer to it
Use second napkin to wipe off front of sensor

Look at the screen display - follow appropriate instructions based on error below.
Ice Gate Failure
Ensure there is no standing ice in the ice gate - picture on this page
If there is ice in gate, manually pull out ice
If after removing ice the ABS still shows 'Ice Gate Failure' - submit ticket
Use other ABS or manually fill cups with ice for intern time
Conveyor Jammed
Remove any obstructions from conveyor
If screen still shows 'conveyor jammed' after removing any cups or lids stuck, follow 'Conveyor Not Working' instructions on this page
If issue still not resolved use in manual mode and other drink filling options (other ABS or lobby drink tower) and:

Press the red 'manual/auto' button to put machine in manual
Take off conveyor belt - see instructions in the conveyor not working section
press extra ice and whatever drink selection is needed (i.e. press extra ice and coke until filed)

Fill all cup holders on ABS are with appropriate sized fanned cup stacks
Pos Com Error
Follow steps for ABS not automatically dispensing

Check that there is ice in the bin - if not, fill from bulk ice machine
