1. Ensure register 14 is turned on and shows ' Waystation Online' across the very top of the register (gray bar)

   • If register 14 shows 'Waystation Offline' follow the Single register shows "waystation: offline" steps here

2. Check network cable on register 14 has orange and green light

   • If no light, reseat the cable by unplugging and plugging it back in

   • If still no light, reboot register 14

     • Click on Manager - scan finger

     • Click on Manager Options

     • Click on Reboot POS

3. Power Cycle ABS

   • Locate the power switch on the ABS unit (picture on this page)

   • Power off the ABS unit

   • Wait for 30 seconds

   • Power on the ABS unit

4. Check other ABS (if you have one) and lobby drinks to ensure they are dispensing properly. If none of them are dispensing correctly - Final Step

5. If none of the above steps resolve issue, put machine in manual mode and dispense drinks manually and follow this Final Step

1. Locate power button on front bottom left of ABS  (Drain  pan might be blocking and may need to be moved to access - picture on this page)

2. Toggle the switch off

3. Wait 30 seconds

4. Toggle the switch on

5. Wait for ABS to boot up

6. If it is still not dropping cups and:

   • Is it between 7am and 5pm:
     Final Step

   • Outside those hours
     Final Step

7. Use other drink filling options within store (lobby self serve or other ABS) for intern time

Follow these steps to check CO2

If after following the CO2 steps there is still no carbonation

Final Step

1. Is ice maker full?

2. Is ice chute cover on? - picture on this page

3. If ice is full and chute cover is on but still not dispensing

   • remove ice chute cover

   • push the silver ice gate in and out a few times - picture on this page

   • put ice chute cover back on

4. If ice still not dispensing - Final step

Use other ABS or manually fill cups with ice for intern time

1. Is it between 7am and 5pm
   Final Step

2. Outside those hours
   Final Step

3. Use other drink filling options within store (lobby self serve or other ABS) for intern time

4. If other drink filling options also taste wrong
   Final Step

1. Remove top cover of conveyor by unscrewing three screws in middle of conveyor (picture on this page)

2. Remove conveyor  from abs (picture on this page)

3. Ensure end of conveyor  that has metal tab at bottom is at the same side on the same side as the cutout in abs (picture on this page)

4. Adjust conveyor belt so metal tab aligns with cutout (picture on this page)

5. Ensure conveyor is fully seated

6. Reattach cover of the conveyor

7. If conveyor still isn't moving

   • Locate the sensor at front left of ABS

   • Take napkin and wipe any residue

   • Take second napkin and apply hand sanitizer to it

   • Use second napkin to wipe off front of sensor

8. If conveyor still isn't moving

   • Is it between 7am and 5pm:
     Final Step

   • Outside those hours
     Final Step

9. Use other drink filling options within store (lobby self serve or other ABS) for intern time
