If both lid and shelf are seated correctly and still not dispensing ice: 

If still not dispensing ice and:

• Is it between 7am and 5pm

• Outside those hours

• Remove items off menu for machine by following steps here

Are all product bags full and properly seated (video here)

Check CO2 line on blended ice machine side to ensure it is fully engaged (starting at 31 seconds in this video here)

Follow these steps to check CO2 tanks

If still no product dispensing

• Is it between 7am and 5pm:
  Final Step

• Outside those hours
  Final Step

• Remove items off menu for machine by following steps here

Check that the pitcher is seated correctly

Try a different pitcher and seat correctly

If above steps did not resolve issue and:

If grinding sound is too loud or does not allow product to be made and:

• Is it between 7am and 5pm:
  Final Step

• Outside those hours

• Remove items off menu for machine by following steps here

Follow the breaker walk through first

Unplug unit

Remove product and place in walk in

Leave unit unplugged for two hours 

Plug unit back in 

If still tripping breaker and:

• Is it between 7am and 5pm:
  Final Step

• Outside those hours
  Final Step

• Remove items off menu for machine by following steps here

Check that the unit is plugged in

Unplug unit for 30 seconds

Plug unit back in and turn on

If screen does come back on then issue is resolved

If screen still does not come back on, check the breaker

If no breaker issues and:

• Is it between 7am and 5pm:

Check that the water line is secured on machine - picture on this page

Ensure that water is turned on for machine by following the instructions here
